Can't Find the Match in Orion Mobile
If you are having trouble finding a specific match in Orion Mobile, check the following:
•Within Match Properties, the Start and End Date of the match are set correctly. Many features within Orion mobile are not available after the end date of the match.
•Within Match Properties, on the Result Center tab, the Zip code of the match is listed correctly.
•Poor or no Internet connection on either the terminal running Orion.
NOTE: In can take up to 15 mintues, due to caching, for change to Match Properties to get reflected within the Orion Mobile app.
•User is logged in with the correct account (the email address listed on Match Competitors tab in Orion Desktop).
•On the home screen of the app, the correct date is selected.
•Pull down to refresh.
•Proper internet connection.
