The NC Models' target lift should move automatically between positions (e.g. Kneeling and Prone). If it does not, it could be for one of the following reasons.
The NC100 and NC200 use a 12.0V 5.0A power supply. If the wrong power supply is used, the target may turn on but the target lift may not operate. Change out the power supply for the correct one.
