Use this topic when a tournament member is waiting for approval.
To add a tournament member in the first place, see Inviting Tournament Members or Joining a Tournament, depending on the tournament's member policy. To remove a member, see Removing Tournament Members.
Approve a Tournament Member
Only tournaments with the Invite Only or Request to Join member policy use an approval step. Open Join tournaments add members immediately and do not need a separate approval.
Pending members are highlighted in the table. Users who do not have permission to approve or remove a pending member will not see that row until the member is approved.
For Invite Only, the approval must be completed by someone with permission on the invited match.
For Request to Join, the approval must be completed by a user with permission to add members to the tournament.
1.Sign in to Rezults and open the tournament page.
2.Find the member in the Tournament Members table.
3.Confirm that the member's status is Invited for Invite Only or Pending Approval for Request to Join.
4.Click the approve checkmark icon for that member, which appears when the user's mouse hovers over that member.
5.Rezults changes the member's status to Approved.
