Orion is licensed on an annual basis.

The Orion for Clubs annual renewal fee is $160 for a one-year renewal, or $425 for three-year renewal. The Orion at Home annual license fee is $70 one-year, or $120 for two-years.

Orion's Welcome Screen will notify you 60 days before your license expires. Scopos will also send reminder emails to you as the expiration date nears.

How to Renew

There are multiple ways to renew.

•Online through our Orion customer portal. You must be logged in to complete your purchase.

•Call us to pay by credit card over the phone.

•Send payment or a purchase order to our address. Please be sure to include your license number and contact information.

Once payment is received, we will email you an updated license (typically within 1 business day).

Installing the Renewal License

After receiving your new license via email, there are three methods for installing the renewal license.

Option 1: Download Automatically (Recommended).

Available with the most current version (Version 2.20.5.0 ) of Orion installed and with an active Internet connection.

1.Open Orion, Orion will automatically detect, download, and install the new license file.

Option 2: Download Code.

1.Open Orion and click on 'Help' and then 'License' from the menu bar.

2.In the 'Download Code' box enter the download code provided to you in your renewal license email. Note: this is a one time use code.

3.Click the 'Download' button. Orion will alert you once the license is downloaded from the server.

4.Click the 'Save' button.

Option 3: Copy and Paste.

1.Copy the text of license provided to your in your renewal license email. You must copy everything between the "Begin License" and "End License" bars.

2.Open Orion and click on 'Help' and then 'License' from the menu bar.

3.Delete the context of the existing license in the form.

4.Paste the new license into the form (right click within the form and select Paste).

5.Click the 'Save' button.
