Timer Command Options change the state of the Range Timer.

•NONE: Does not change the Range Timer.

•START: Starts the Range Timer.

•PAUSE: Pauses the Range Timer.

•RESUME: Resumes the Range Timer after a Pause.

•STOP: Stops the Range Timer.

•CLOCK: Sets the Range Timer to be a clock.

•SEGMENT: To be filled in by Ben.
