The Event Derivation specifies how an Event is defined. Values are as follows:

•EXPLICIT => The EventName and Children are explicitly defined.

•DERIVED => The EventName is explicitly defined, but the Children are derived.

•EXPAND => Represents multiple Events, with the EventName and Children being derived.
