Each Club (also known as an Orion Account) may have multiple users associated with the Club. While a Scopos Account is not required to be added to a Club, it is required for any role other than a Club Member. If a Scopos Account does not exist for a new member's email address, they will be sent an invite to create a new Scopos Account.
1.On your Club's page, click the Club Members tab
2.On this tab, click the Add User button
3.Type the new member's email address in the Email field
4.Click the Check Email button to check if an account exists for that email address already
a.If the account exists, it will be added as a new member with the Club Member role
5.If the account does not exist, fill out their Given Name, Family Name, and toggle whether they are 13 years old or older
a.Should the user not be 13 years old or older, their legal guardian must create their account for them
6.Click Invite User to <club name> to create their Guest User and have them added as a new Club Member
To manage Club membership a user must be assigned the Admin or Manager role within the Club. Only a user with the Admin role may assign or remove someone else with the Admin role. There must be at least one user with the Admin role in each Club. To change a user's role, click the Edit Roles button to the right of that user.

Club Admin |
Administrator of the Orion Account. May view information about the Club, may add and remove members, may assign all roles (including Admin) to members, may pay for Club licenses and warranties, may log into the Orion software on behalf of the Club, may create and edit Matches, and may create and edit Tournaments. Each Club must have at least one user with the Admin role. |
Club Manager |
Manager of the Orion Account. May view information about the Club, may add and remove members, may assign most roles (excluding Admin) to members, may pay for Club licenses and warranties, may log into the Orion software on behalf of the Club, may create and edit Matches, and may create and edit Tournaments. |
Club Member* |
Standard member of an Orion Account. May view information about the Club. Cannot change details about the Club. *When a Club Member does not have a Scopos account, they will exist as a guest member. This is indicated with a 👋 icon. Guests can only exist with the Club Member role. |
Club Coach |
Coach of a Club's Team. May view and edit Club Team members as well as join in a relationship as a Coach. Each Club is limited to two users with the Coach role. |
Club Technical Officer |
Individuals responsible for the technical operation of a club's range. May log into the Orion software on behalf of the Club, may create Matches and Tournaments. Limited to two per Club. |
Club Payer |
May make payments on behalf of a club. |
