Some earlier NC models have a single button on the back of the target, this starts a process that uses the camera to find the alignment shape. More recent NC model targets have a menu interface that allows the user to select more functions and view other pertinent information about the target. This interface includes a screen that allows the user to select information and move positions using the directional control buttons.
