Scopos no longer supports Orion Mobile App, including the ability to scan targets. Instead customers may use the all new Rezults at rezults.scopos.tech.
1.Open the Orion Mobile app
2.Select "Forgot Password"
3.Enter your account email address
4.Select "Reset Password"
5.Check your email inbox for an email with the subject: "Your verification code"
6.In the Orion Mobile App, enter your verification code
7.Enter your new password
8.Confirm your new password
9.Once directed back to the login screen, enter your email address and updated password
